On May 7, 2018, a delegation of 27 Buddhist masters from The Buddhist Academy of Mt. Emei paid a visit to Lingyin Temple in Hangzhou. The monastic supervisor Master Jueheng warmly received the delegation led by the Vice-chairman of The Buddhist Association of Emeishan and the Vice-dean of The Buddhist Academy of Mt. Emei.
At the welcoming reception, Master Jueheng, on behalf of the Abbot of Lingyin Temple Venerable Master Guangquan and the Lingyin Sangha, extended his cordial welcome to all of the Buddhist masters from The Buddhist Academy of Mt. Emei.
Master Jueheng also gave a general introduction to Lingyin Temple and the Triple Platform Ordination Ceremony being held at the temple. In return, Master Manlin expressed his sincere gratitude for the considerate arrangements of Lingyin Temple and his hope that more exchanges should be made between Buddhist academies and temples so as to cultivate more Buddhist talents for Buddhism transmission.
